Counselling for Women's General Mental Health, Relationships and Conflict Resolution, Grief & Loss

All sessions with Reach-out Counselling (face-to-face or phone) are 1 hour in duration, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed to by counsellor and client prior to commencement of session.

Payment is required on the day of your counselling session.  Invoices can be issued under certain circumstances as discussed with counsellor and client.  Invoice payment terms are strictly three (3) days from the date of invoice.

In order for Reach-out Counselling to provide the best and most accessible service to everyone, cancellation and missed appointment fees will apply.   These fees are set in place, because the scheduled session time has been booked in especially for you, and most often cannot be filled with another client at such late notice.
 

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours from scheduled session will incur 50% of the full relevant rate as cancellation fee.

As a courtesy, I will send out reminders for sessions, via email and SMS.  In order to avoid fees outlined above, I ask that you please provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes or updates to your scheduled appointment.

When sessions start after the scheduled time due to client lateness, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and full fees as per applicable pricing schedule will apply.

Where invoices are the method of session payment, if two invoices remain unpaid following the payment terms indicated on the invoice, all future sessions will be paused until full outstanding payment is received.

Missed sessions (no-shows) will incur the full relevant rate as per applicable pricing schedule above.
